✅ Return Window

• Returns are accepted within 48 hours of the order being delivered.

📸 Mandatory Video Proof

To initiate a return, a video recording is required before opening the package.

The video must clearly show:

• The unopened package
• The shipping label
• The process of opening the package
• The issue with the product, if any

      Note: Returns submitted without proper video evidence will not be accepted.

🔁 Return Process

To request a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team at support@beautybite.in within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Provide the following:

• Your Order ID
• A brief reason for the return
• The required video evidence

1. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with our return shipping address.
2. After dispatching the product, share the Proof of Delivery (POD) or courier tracking details with our support team.

💸 Refund or Replacement

• A refund or replacement will be processed only after the returned product is received and verified by our team.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification.

📦 Return Shipping Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the product back to us.
• Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product).
