At BeautyBite, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Items must be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened cosmetics, skincare, or personal care products.
How to Request a Return
Email us at support@beautybite.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Once approved, our team will provide return shipping instructions.
👉 Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Please note: Your bank or payment provider may take additional time for the refund to reflect.
Non-Returnable Items
Products purchased under sale, clearance, or special promotion are non-returnable.
Items that are used, opened, or without original packaging cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
Important Notes
Please do not return any product without prior approval from our support team.
BeautyBite is not responsible for products lost during return transit unless shipped via our designated courier.
