We accept multiple secure payment options via PhonePe, Razorpay, and other available methods:

• Prepaid Payments:
  UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets (processed securely via PhonePe and Razorpay gateways).

• Cash on Delivery (COD):
  Available for selected pin codes and specific products.
  Note: In cases of misuse or repeated cancellations of COD orders, we may restrict COD for certain users.

• Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days.

🔁 4. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery with valid video proof before opening the package.
• Refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned product reaches us and passes quality checks.
